Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council Photo Competition – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
The competition is open to all residents, excluding employees and councillors of Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council (KHPC) and their immediate families. -
How to Enter

Submit a good quality photograph accompanied by a short paragraph (minimum 5 sentences) describing the photo, full name, your mobile number and address.

Entries must be submitted via email to clerk@kelvedonhatch-pc.gov.uk.

The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, 10th September at 11:59 PM. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Prizes

Three winning entries will each receive a prize of £25, paid via BACS bank transfer.

No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.

Winners will be contacted via the email address used to submit the entry and must provide bank details for payment.

Copyright and Usage

By entering the competition, participants agree that copyright of submitted photos will pass to Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council (KHPC) upon submission.

KHPC will retain full rights to use the photographs in any future publications, promotional materials, social media, or online content.

Photographers will be credited wherever their image is used.

Judging and Notification

Winners will be selected by KHPC or a panel appointed by the council.

The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

KHPC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice.
