The Village News is a newsletter delivered to all properties in Kelvedon Hatch. It serves as a newsletter for both the Parish Council and St. Nicholas’ Church. There are 10 editions each year.

- Full page advertisements (portrait style, max 12.2cm by 18.4cm) are £50.00 per edition or 6 editions can be prepaid at a cost of £200.00 or 12 editions prepaid for £385.00.
- Half page advertisements (landscape style, max 12.2cm by 9.1cm) are £35.00 per edition or 6 editions can be prepaid at a cost of £140.00 or 12 editions prepaid for £275.00.
