Motion: To accept the received reasons for absence from Parish Councillors

Matthew’s plants has been informed that their quote has been accepted.
Still to decide on “cutting down” the 2 big planters (Stocks Lane and Swan Pond).

Quote to clean them at £5 per board – if yes, how often?
ENV/1124/7 Budget for next year
To discuss how much budget will be needed for 2025.
ENV/1124/8 Bio Diversity and Local Nature Recovery Strategy
KHPC has joined the RCCE
ENV/1124/9 Swan Pond
Tree and pond work to be done week commencing 18th of November.
ENV/1124/10 New 3 Rubbish bins
1 bin has been replaced (in front of Bongow). 2 more to be done shortly.
ENV/1124/11 Play Area, War Memorial and Swan Pond Maintenance contract
To find a new supplier for the maintenance contract as J&S Garden Services
has given notice to terminate their contract.
ENV/1124/12 Locality Fund application
To discuss possible new duck house and ramp or other options.
ENV/1124/13 War memorial conifers
Contractor has been appointed – discuss a yearly maintenance contract, same time of the year and cost (5% possible increase).
ENV/1124/14 To set dates for 2025 meetings
ENV/1124/15 To review the updated the Terms of Reference of the Environmental Committee
