To elect a Chairman of the Environmental Committee for the year 2022-23.
ENV/0722/2 Acceptance of Apologies for absence.
Motion: To accept the received apologies for absence from Parish Councillors.
ENV/0722/3 Declarations of interest & amendments to the register of members’ interests.
To receive declarations of interest pertaining to matters included in this agenda, whether they be personal and/or prejudicial.
ENV/0722/4 Minutes of the Environmental Committee Meeting held on 9th May 2022.
Motion: To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 9th May 2022.
ENV/0722/5 Suspension of the meeting to receive questions and/or comments from members of the public.
ENV/0722/6 Swan Pond.
To discuss the vegetation and its maintenance around Swan Pond.
ENV/0722/7 Planters Update.
To receive an update regarding the planters in the village.
ENV/0722/8 Play Area Update.
To receive an update regarding the latest works carried out in the Play Area.
ENV/0722/9 Play Area Signs.
Motion: The Environmental Committee recommends to Full Council the improvements to signage of the play area agreed at their meeting of 11th July.
The Environmental Committee will review the different signs that have been put forward and suggest their choice.
ENV/0722/10 Bus Shelters Maintenance.
Motion: The Environmental Committee recommends to Full Council the maintenance work on the bus shelters agreed at their meeting of 11th July.
The Environmental Committee will discuss the state of the different bus shelters maintained by the Parish Council.
