For 2026 – 2027 KHPC is asking for almost £60k extra to cover:
New office space and expenses related to it £8k
A new bus shelter in Blackmore Road £8k (full total will be a lot more and we will be applying for grants)
We are trying to build up the reserves after the £30k grant to Village Hall
Replacing some parts of the Play Area £7.5k *
Water storage for Swan Pond £10k *
For a Band F house that is £1.80 per week

The precept is approved in January each year. Everyone is welcome to the meeting.
