 Environmental Committee Meeting 10th May 2021

To change the date of the next Environmental Committee meeting to Monday 17th May 2021.

This is due to ongoing restrictions regarding COVID-19 and the expiry of the Coronavirus Act 2020.

To discuss the ongoing situation regarding the boundary of Eagle Field with rear gardens and to decide the Parish Council’s next steps.

 Internal Audit Review.

To discuss the comments received from the internal auditor and discuss the effectiveness of the audit (if received).

To agree the entries on the Annual Governance and Accountability Return and sign Sections 1 and 2.

a. To review the progress of the Parish Council against the previous action plan.

b. To discuss and decide a new Action Plan to meet the Parish Council’s aims for 2021-22.

To decide whether to donate £300.00 to St. Nicholas’ Church for the distribution of the Village News newsletter.
