Motion: “Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council to accept the PAYE charges for adding PBA one off £20 for the initial set up of the members on the payroll system and an additional £30 per year to process an annual payroll in addition to your monthly payroll.”

Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council to approve names to be suggested for the new developments.

Wright (the Brizes family whose descendants pioneered powered flight);
Channon (Chips Channon loved Kelvedon Hall and his son Paul grew up there);
Fane (after England cricketer and Test captain);
Kane (Sarah Kane, the controversial dramatist, grew up in the village – she lived with her parents in Blackmore Road close to the new development);
Rodney (Simon Rodney, who lived at Brizes, is famed for having been at the first Scout camp on Brownsea island with Baden Powell);
Floud (after Bernard Floud who lived at Germaines and was chair of the parish council before he became an MP); and
Fitch (for a local family whose history is entwined with that of the village).
