The use of the tablets and/or their personal computers is both impractical for reviewing spreadsheets and is not secure.
Motion KHPC/0727/8: to explore the purchase of laptop computers and necessary software for councillors who need to access detailed financial information (online banking).

KHPC/0924/9 Footpath #18 – Maintenance
There was a discussion about the future maintenance of Footpath #18 which had recently been partially cleared by ECC. The wider implications of the parish undertaking this were considered as well as what equipment it had.
Enquiries by Cllr. R. North confirmed that KHPC no longer owns a hedge cutter.

Have S-Type patrolling – Rubbish

S-Type reports for August only shows 2 incidents. A very quiet summer. Both incidents around School Road, one was for teenagers kicking bins and throwing items at passing cars and the other one at the Coppice / board removed.
Old Shed at Poors Field – still there, it is going to be removed by Village Hall Trust.
Parents at school – bad and dangerous parking reported as usual.
KHPC/0924/15 Printwaste Service Agreement – Tetra pack – Attachment 7 – bin is now at the back of Nisa shop.
Motion: “KHPC to sign the Printwaste Service Agreement for another 12 months.”

Motion: To reconsider our decision KHPC/0624/23 to ask for the declassification of Eagle Field as a community asset because our judgement was based on erroneous information. The Parish Council are not financially responsible for any potential decrease in value to the land if it remains a community asset.
