To discuss the maintenance of Footpath #18

Motion: “KHPC to purchase laptop computers and necessary software for councillors who need to access detailed financial information (online banking).”
This is not realistic possible using the tablets and using personal computers is not necessarily secure.
KHPC/0724/9 Poors Field Maintenance – Attachment 3 KHFC KHPC Ground Maintenance Poors Field Budget 2025
Motion: “KHPC will sign an Agreement with the Kelvedon Hatch Football Club for the quoted price of £3,786 to maintain the Poor’ Field from January 2025.”
KHPC/0724/10 Crime, Disorder, and Community Safety
S-Type reports about Coppice – now it secured. A bicycle was taken to police when teenagers got caught in the house and they left it there.
Old Shed at Poors Field – being removed by Village Hall Trust.
Parents at school – bad and dangerous parking reported as usual.
Resident reported disturbances at night – Village Hall entrance / gate. Village Hall informed.
