S-Type reports for September showed 3 incidents (2 litter in Poors Fields and 1 of travellers around Swan Pond).
Old Shed at Poors Field – still there, it is going to be removed by Village Hall Trust.
KHPC/1024/17 30 x 30 Biodiversity Policy
This is for information only. It was not included in the KHPC Biodiversity Policy because it was agreed by the previous government at the UN Biodiversity Conference in Dubai that the UK would commit to protect and conserve a minimum of 30% of land and sea for biodiversity by 2030, hence it became known as the 30×30 biodiversity policy. There is no reason to believe that the new administration will not honour the agreement, but it has not been confirmed. Whilst the focus will be the National Parks, National Landscapes, and National Nature Reserves, it should help us with protecting what we have, especially the local SSSI, and potentially a material planning consideration.

24/00952/HHA – The Limes School Road Kelvedon Hatch Essex CM15 0DL – Demolish front porch and construction of single storey front extension and first floor side extension, raise garage roof and convert to habitable accommodation, material change to elevations, layout drive creating in-out drive and changes to hard and soft landscaping.
