KHPC/0422/6 Community Relations Committee.
a. To receive a report from the Community Relations Committee meeting held on 11th April 2022.
b. Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council will adopt the proposed plans to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
KHPC/0422/7 Gigaclear works.
Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council will grant Gigaclear Ltd access to land by Swan Pond for the purpose of installing full fibre broadband to local residents.
KHPC/0422/8 Play Area.
a. Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council agrees to accept the quote from Home Counties Play for the supply and installation of a wheelchair accessible roundabout, including disposal of the old one and replacement of the wet pour surfacing.
b. Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council agrees to accept the quote from Home Counties Play for the supply and installation of a new seesaw, including disposal of the old one.
c. Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council agrees to accept the quote from Home Counties Play for replacing the seats on the multi-swing unit.
KHPC/0422/9 Tetra Pak Recycling.
To discuss suitable locations for the placement of Tetra Pak recycling facilities.
KHPC/0422/10 Security Patrols.
To receive a report following attendance of a meeting held by Doddinghurst Parish Council with S-Type Security.
Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council agrees to contract S-Type Security initially on a one-month trial (free) basis with a view to engage their services on a permanent basis.
KHPC/0422/11 Noticeboards.
Motion: When the noticeboards for currently sole use by the Parish Council are replaced, at least one of old ones will be retained for community, but not commercial, use.
KHPC/0422/12 Parish Clerk’s Pay Award.
Motion: To award the Parish Clerk/RFO his annual increment increase after the Personnel Committee found his performance entirely satisfactory.
