KHPC/0621/6 Review of Internal Audit.
To discuss the findings of the internal audit and decide any further actions to be taken by Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council.
KHPC/0621/7 Environmental Committee report.
a. Report from the Environmental Committee’s meeting from 17th May 2021.
b. Discussion of the use of Kelvedon Green recreational field;
c. Remedial actions to be taken in the play area: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council approves the quote received to carry out the remedial work in the play area identified in the annual inspection report and by the Environmental Committee. This is dependent on receiving a quote for the works before the meeting.
d. The council approves the Environmental Committee’s request for an extra planter to replace the one that was stolen and that another should be purchased by residents in Ongar Road who have requested one.
KHPC/0621/8 Financial Committee report.
a. Report from the Financial Committee’s meeting from 1st June 2021.
b. Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council ratifies the changes to the financial regulations suggested by the Financial Committee. This affects regulations 4.3 and 4.4.
KHPC/0621/9 Review of Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council’s Standing Orders.
To discuss and decide which deletions, additions and/or amendments should be made to the Standing Orders.
KHPC/0621/10 Eagle Field Update.
To discuss the ongoing situation regarding Eagle Field and decide what further action the Parish Council should take.
KHPC/0621/11 Poors’ Field
To discuss and decide the Parish Council’s response to the letter received from the Kelvedon Hatch Village Hall trustees regarding the maintenance of Poors’ Field.
KHPC/0621/12 Finance and Administration.
To discuss and agree the following points:
a. Balances of Accounts for month ending 31/05/2021.
b. Invoices and Cheques to be issued.

To discuss and decide the Parish Council’s response to the complaint received regarding security and car crime occurring at Crown Corner.

a. To decide the frequency and timing of meetings for the Planning Committee.
