KHPC/0923/13 Update from Community Relations Cttee:
The BBC Family Fun Day was a great success. And it has been confirmed by Village Hall Trustees that there was no damage to the field and there is a credit for £15.76 to the Parish Council.
Seniors Christmas Tea Party on Sunday 3rd December 2023 – a catering company has been hired to supply buffet platters for each table, tea & coffee and something sweet at the end. Entertainment has also been arranged. Pending to do: to organise drinks and room decoration. Find volunteers.
Santa Grotto & Christmas Market on Sunday 10th December 2023 – Santa has been hired – Pending to do is to find volunteers and buy grotto gifts, organise drinks/food? And some more entertainment/stalls.
Both Christmas events attendance forms and volunteers request will be in Oct – VillageNews. Deadline is Friday 27th October.
