William Russell for the procedurally invalid use of “Point of Order” delaying a time sensitive agenda item, his inaccurate comments in regard to KHPC knowledge of Standing Orders, to the members of the public for wasting their time and general behaviour during the KHPC meeting on Thursday 11th June 2026.
