Motion: To accept the received apologies for absence from Parish Councillors.

Motion: To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 1st June 2021.
FIN/1221/4 Suspension of the meeting to receive questions and/or comments from members of the public.
FIN/1221/5 Responsible Financial Officer’s Report.
To receive a report from the Responsible Financial Officer regarding the bank account switch and a meeting with Scribe Accounts.
FIN/1221/6 Draft Budget 2022-23.
To agree a draft budget for 2022-23 to present to the full council for approval. This includes expected income/expenditure and the setting of Earmarked and General Reserves.
