CR/1021/1 Acceptance of Apologies for absence.
Motion: To accept the received apologies for absence from Parish Councillors.
CR/1021/2 Declarations of interest & amendments to the register of members’ interests.
To receive declarations of interest pertaining to matters included in this agenda, whether they be personal and/or prejudicial.
CR/1021/3 Minutes of the Community Relations Committee Meeting held on 19th July 2021.
Motion: To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 19th July 2021.
CR/1021/4 Suspension of the meeting to receive reports, questions and/or comments from members of the public.
CR/1021/5 Seniors’ Christmas Hampers.
To discuss current progress regarding hamper applications and to arrange the collection and distribution of the Christmas Hampers.
CR/1021/6 Seniors’ Christmas Meal 2022.
To discuss ideas and arrangements for the proposed Seniors’ Christmas meal in 2022.
CR/1021/7 Future Community Relations Committee meetings.
To discuss whether to change the Community Relations Committee’s meeting days to the third Thursday of January, April, July and October.
N.B. This change would need to be ratified by the full council.
CR/1021/8 Future Social Events.
To discuss ideas for possible future social events and future liaisons with local community groups (to include invitation to future Community Relations Committee meetings).
