To elect a Chairman for the Community Relations Committee
CR/0721/2 Acceptance of Apologies for absence.
Motion: To accept the received apologies for absence from Parish Councillors.
CR/0721/3 Declarations of interest & amendments to the register of members’ interests.
To receive declarations of interest pertaining to matters included in this agenda, whether they be personal and/or prejudicial.
CR/0721/4 Suspension of the meeting to receive reports, questions and/or comments from members of the public.
CR/0721/5 Seniors’ Christmas Meal
To discuss ideas and outline what needs to be organised for the annual Seniors’ Christmas meal.
CR/0721/6 Queen’s Jubilee
To discuss different ideas for how the Parish Council can organise and celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.
CR/0721/7 Report on effective communications.
To discuss the results of the surveys conducted by the Parish Clerk concerning the number and use of noticeboards in other local Parish Councils and the survey of our residents. The committee will also consider different possible responses to the results.

To discuss ideas for possible events to increase public participation with the Parish Council and to support other local events held by local organisations.

To introduce the new Editor, and to discuss ways how the Village News newsletter can be improved for the benefit of residents in terms of its content and style.
The Village News Editor is invited to take part in this discussion due to her role.
