Motion: To accept the received apologies for absence from Parish Councillors.

Motion: To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the Meeting held 10th February 2022.

Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council will pay the presented cheques/invoices:
SLCC – £186.00. Annual Membership renewal.
KHPC/0322/6 Environmental Committee.
a. To receive a report from the Environmental Committee meeting held on 28th February 2022.
b. Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council will prioritise work to improve and maintain the Play Area including:
1. Replacement of the roundabout.
2. Refurbish and move the picnic table from Eagle Field to the Play Area.
3. Replace the see-saw.
4. Change and update the bins in the Play Area.
5. Provide a path within the Play Area to improve the accessibility.
6. Replace the signs.
7. Carry out maintenance of the Play Area’s fence.
KHPC/0322/7 Rodent Infestation at Swan Pond.
Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council will engage a pest control expert to advise on and, if necessary, deal with a reported rodent infestation at Swan Pond.
KHPC/0322/8 Internal Audit for 2021-22.
Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council will appoint Heelis & Lodge to carry out an internal audit for the financial year 2021-2022.
KHPC/0322/9 Tetra Pak Recycling.
Motion: Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council will provide a facility for recycling Tetra Paks and similar cartons at a suitable location in the village.
KHPC/0322/10 Anti-Vaccination Misinformation.
To discuss the misinformation and falsehoods regarding COVID-19 vaccinations that are being stuck to and damaging Kelvedon Hatch Parish Council property.
KHPC/0322/11 Queen’s Jubilee Celebrations.
To discuss ongoing preparations for the event to be hosted by the Parish Council.

To receive a report from the Planning Working Group regarding the responses to the following received planning applications:
