To discuss changing the start times of Parish Council meetings to 7:30pm and the convening of the Planning Committee and Social Relations Committee.

Report from the Environmental Committee extraordinary meeting held on 23/03/2021.
The Parish Council endorses the Environmental Committee’s decisions: a) to purchase in 2021/22 a Multiplay Unit and Nest Swing, with the Basketball goal deferred to 2022/23, b) to choose the Sutcliffe Play Spider Climber multiplay unit, and c) to choose the Sutcliffe Play Nest Swing with rubber seat (subject to sufficient funding being available).

To discuss the ongoing situation regarding the boundary of Eagle Field with rear gardens and to decide the Parish Council’s next steps.

The Flower Group to have permission from the Parish Council to use Kelvedon Green and Swan Pond for their art event.

To discuss the use of the recreational field.

To discuss the future of the BT Tower considering responses received from members of the public. To decide the Parish Council’s next steps regarding the Tower’s future.
