Motion: To accept the received apologies for absence from Parish Councillors.

To receive declarations of interest pertaining to matters included in this agenda, whether they be personal and/or prejudicial.

ENV/0921/3 Minutes of the Environmental Committee Meeting held on 6th July 2021.
Motion: To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 6th July 2021.

ENV/0921/4 Suspension of the meeting to receive questions and/or comments from members of the public.

ENV/0921/5 Play Area refurbishment.
a. To discuss the current progress regarding the refurbishment of the Play Area in Poors’ Field.
b. To discuss ideas for future play equipment.

ENV/0921/6 Report from Brentwood Climate Action Group.
To receive a report from the inaugural meeting of the group.

ENV/0921/7 Climate Emergency Response.
Motion: The Environmental Committee will propose the draft Climate Emergency Response to the full council.
A copy of the draft Climate Emergency Response is available from the Parish Clerk and will be provided at the meeting.

ENV/0921/8 Delegation to provide the report at the next full council meeting.
To decide which member of the Environmental Committee should provide the report to the full council in light of Cllr. Gorton’s planned absence.
